Additional compatibility information
To run HD or URP, LW RP please import pack to HD or URP project and then import support pack which is inside the asset in “HD and URP support” folder “. It will replace shaders, prefabs, meshes so they will work with RP out of the box. Please also check readme files inside that folder.

R.A.M – River Auto Material (dynamic river plug-in)

To run HD or URP, LW RP, you need to import the resource package into the HD or URP, LW RP project, and then import the support resource package in the resources in the “HD and LW RP Support” folder. It will replace shaders, prefabs, meshes, so it will work with RP out of the box. Please also review the readme file in this folder.

R.A.M 2019 is a reimagined and extended version of R.A.M that has been on the market for about 2 years. This resource pack allows you to create advanced rivers and lakes, with flow maps, riverbed shapes and textures automatically filled in. The shader generates a handful of cascade/waterfall types via the slope of the mesh. You just drag and drop the river material onto the grid, or you can create it through our advanced spline tool, which comes with a data configuration system where rivers, lakes, streams, and roads are already complete. The simulation option will generate the entire river starting from a single point, it will analyze the shape, collision points and create the most accurate river shape. With our scripts and shaders, objects can be automatically wetted even during runtime when they hit a spline or a lake – a wet boat or car driving on a lake, sea, river. The spline tool can create smooth roads and dirt roads – check out our image samples and videos that can also be used as roads. You have complete control over each river stage with all the sliders and options such as: Mirror, Smoothness, Speed, Standard Strength, Curved Section Strength, Foam Structure, Shallowness, Darkness, Water Depth, Cascade and Waterfall, plus very many. You can customize rivers and lakes locally, or blend them with other water systems via our vertex paint tools. Using the flow mapper and system you can easily change local river directions to avoid rocks etc. The river can flow in every direction, such as the U, -U or V, -V direction of the mesh UV map. Advanced river drawing tool with the ability to connect/disconnect multiple rivers/lakes/oceans in one place. Shaders can generate stylized or realistic rivers, swamps, depending on user settings – there are many examples included in the package. The reflection comes from the reflection probe. Assets include perfectly height blended HQ ground textures, best suited for use with our CTS terrain shader or Unity’s default HD RP height blend. The resource pack also contains particle and road textures, is also suitable for fountain shading, and supports floating island structures. Object flow maps and vertex color painters let you create floating islands with waterfalls and correct water movement. The API helps create the entire river while the game is running, especially with the help of simulation tools.

The resource pack is compatible with Vegetation Studio and Vegetation Studio Professional. It will cover the foliage with ecological communities or create a complete environment around the river.
